Driven by the success of the project with Alcatel-Lucent, during the 2014-2017 triennium, Proef France faces with new challenges in a new region. The confirmation of the project with Nokia and the partnership with Free for a new project, both in the Southeast of France, propelled the opening of the new branch in Lyon.
Proef France has been selected as Nokia’s supplier for the modernization program Orange Network SWAP 2017 – 2019, the project contemplates the substitution of 2G/3G/4G mobile network equipments, in the Southeast of France. After overcoming the "Golden Cluster stage”, started in 2016, Proef France is now responsible for the modernization of 2500 sites in the Southeast of France (50% of total sites for this region).
Additionally, and following the success of the partnership in Paris, Free telecom invited Proef France for new projects in FTTH deployment, in Lyon. The start of this partnership began in April with the adduction of buildings, during July the team installed vertical columns and in September the team will carry out the maintenance work.
Both projects led to the opening of a new branch in the Lyon, headquartered in Saint Priest and with an affiliate office in Vitrolles, reflecting the ambition to expand business in this region.
